The owner or agent will be able to provide you with further information on the property and help you check prices, confirm availability etc. Ask as many questions as you need to. For instance, you may want to find out if there are adequate facilities for children, or if there are easily accessible transport links. If you decide to book a particular property direct with the owner a deposit will be required, please check how much this is and if there will be a separate breakage deposit. Be sure to ask how long before departure the balance will be due and what their cancellation policy is. Also, what the price includes, e.g. bedding, towels electricity, cleaning etc.
