Press release26th September 2006 Push ON and AsOne.co.uk team up for international digital marketing campaign Push ON, the Manchester based online search marketing agency, will be working with web designers AsOne.co.uk to promote Property Concept Online through a range of digital marketing techniques in the UK and overseas. Property Concept Online is a web based service aimed at connecting holiday homeowners all over the world. It enables holiday homeowners to make the most from the financial potential of their assets. Members can rent their holiday homes to tourists, have a holiday swap or exchange their property through meeting potential partners online. The digital marketing campaign, which starts in October, aims to attract holiday homeowners to become members and consequently develop a pool of properties for interested parties to choose from. Property Concept Online believes their service will prove extremely popular because over 600,000 Britons have second homes and the number is rising. Of these, the Economic and Social Research Council estimates 185,000 are abroad: Savills, leading international property services group, believes the figure is closer to 350,000. However, these figures appear insignificant when compared to the number of Europeans that own a second property, which makes the campaign to reach all major markets vital for Property Concept Online. AsOne.co.uk will be providing the website build and Push ON the online marketing. The online search will include a range of techniques to build up the clientele of the site: organic search, pay-per-click advertising and online viral marketing. The latter will encompass new Search Media Optimisation methods, which interacts with key interest group sites online.
